Random Trashy gives us an overview of the Slickster Plate Carrier from Ferro Concepts. This is a low profile plater carrier that has a Carry Elastic Cummerbund or CEC to carry 8 AR magazines and can also accept Chest Rigs with ITW QASM buckles. As for plates, it can fit, ESAPI, XSAPI, SAPI, Standalone Level 4, Swimmer Cut, and Shooter Cut plates.
