The only dedicated gun cam made of the airsoft market, Plan Beta's ICU Tacticam has been updated earlier this year with a better resolution gun camera. The ICU Tacticam 2.0 HD is a 720P High Definition camera which can take 5 MP still photos, auto image rotation, at 180º and photo burst mode. It is now available at Airsoft Taiwan and here is their quick video review of it.
