The Tokyo Marui L96 AWS Sniper Rifle is up in the radar again. Released almost a decade ago, this has an adjustable cheek rest, Olive Drab coating, and of course this is a spring bolt-action airsoft sniper rifle. As for adjusting the hop-up you will need a small hex key to adjust the hop-up dial. Mach Sakai puts it through the paces in this video.
