DesertFox Fitness Drill: Macho Skedco

Time to for some exercise drills to get fit with Jet DesertFox. In this video he show ou how to do the Macho SkedCo Drill... "Airsoft and being fit go hand in hand, so why not combine the two while still having fun with your airsoft guns.

Macho SkedCo drill:

1 - Drag a SkedCo (or something else) the length of the area you are using.
2 - Enter a centerfed room and engage 1 target (can be a water bottle, coke can, etc.)
3 - Lift and carry two cinder blocks (or something else heavy) half the distance back to the start.
4 - Perform 5 goblet squats (weighted or not, your choice)
5 - Engage 3 targets
6 - Sprint to the finish line"
