MD Annapolis Lawyers Mall

Maryland shows the way as the other bill, House Bill 879 filed by Delegate Jill Carter has been officially withdrawn and the hearing on the 15th of March cancelled according to STOP the MD Airsoft & BB Gun Bans.  This means that there are no more bills pending in the Maryland legislature affecting airsoft in the state But they are vigilant as these bills might be reintroduced again... "Just got word, and called Delegate Carter's office to confirm. HB879 has also been withdrawn. Both bills have now been withdrawn. Good job everyone!

Be sure you still follow the page so if we have to fight any similar bills in the future we can get the word out even quicker!

Thank you so much everyone who helped spread the messages, contacted representatives, and to those who attended the hearing. We could not have done it without your help!

Special thanks to the local businesses, organizations, and pages who came together to fight this bill, spread awareness in their shops, and were ready to testify at the hearings; East Coast Airsoft, Tactical Airsoft Arena, Replay Airsoft, Pandemic Outfitters, Sports N' Hobbies, Ye Ole Cutlery & Gift Shop, Maryland Shall Issue, Maryland State Rifle and Pistol Association - MSRPA, The NRA-ILA, The Associated Gun Clubs of Baltimore, Rack&Roll and the Sign Waiving Crew from MDShooters.com, and of course 2A in MD!"
