18Airsoft announce the availability of the two pistols from APS, the D.Dragonly and D.Scorpion. These gas blowback pistols come in two-tone combination with the Sand colour being the dominant colour as seen on the lower frame and some areas on the slide. They also come with fibre optic sights for better aiming in lowlight conditions and a flared magwell for easier magazine insertion.
The third product in the Tokyo Marui Bolt Action Airsoft Sniper Series, the M40A5, gets a video presentation just uploaded last weekend by the company. Release dates will be either in November or December 2016 and will be available in black and OD colours. This is a new design and thus, parts will be incompatible with the VSR-10 and L96 BASRs.
Given the limited ammo capacity in airsoft gas magazines, airsoft players will need to watch their rounds fired or they will run out quickly. One way of avoiding it or slowing it down is to fire on semi-auto mod though sometimes you will accidentally move the switch to full auto. Nugentgl shows how to avoid it by modifying a GHK M4 Gas Blowback Rifle to fire in semi-auto only... "If you need to lock your GHK M4 to semi-auto only, then give this a watch..."
