5.11 Tactical announce management changes with Co-Founder and President Francisco Javier Morales taking up the CEO position, taking over from Tom Davin who will now take on an advisory role. Bean and Dick’s Sporting Goods, where he developed brands and product lines across various product categories and was a member of the team that created the Dick’s Sporting Goods private label division. Mr. Morales earned an executive MBA at the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a degree from Jefferson University (formerly Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science).

5.11 also announces the appointment of Matt Hyde as Executive Chairman. Mr. Hyde previously served as Chief Executive Officer of West Marine following a 26-year tenure at REI, culminating as Executive Vice President. Mach Sakai gets a non-airsoft product but still something you want to have to use at your airsoft field, a folding military shovel. "GBLS have released three different iterations of their DAS Airsoft rifles which has lead to the third iteration being the GDR-15 production release edition. This iteration is supposed to be consumer ready with all the expected features and performance requirements to skirmish alongside other AEG rifles. Needless to say, the issues advertised and voiced by media outlets about the older models have mostly been addressed if not completely resolved. If you hadn’t noticed, the DAS GDR-15 comes complete with PTS furniture, not only increasing the ergonomics and looks of the product, but also increasing the value of the product being purchased."

Carol Grillo reviews the Krytac Trident CRB and the version is the MK2. Already in the market for some time now, this features a billet style receive, ambidextrous selector, CMC Trigger, and onboard MOSFET.
