"For this loadout, I am wearing the Crye Precision G2 Combat Shirt and Crye Precision G2 Combat Pant. The Gen 2 are no longer in production in Ranger Gree1n and have been replaced with the G3 Combat Shirt and G3 Combat Pants - the only difference between the two is that the G3 are all one block colour and the Crye Precision tag is a different design and in a different location. I have them both in the smallest size available at the time of purchase and the fit of the combat shirt is excellent, it is fitted without being too tight. The combat fit is a little big around the waist (the smallest size in stock was 32 in the trousers and my waist is a 29) but the rest of the pant fits well."

Another lesson in AirsoftTech 101 from RetroArms for budding airsoft gunsmiths --- the bushings and bearings in AEGs... "Since you frequently ask questions about the types and dimensions of our bushings/bearings, we had to write down some basic informations. The bearings (or bushings) are installed in the gearbox housings of the airsoft gun and they set the position of the gears. The bearings also serves for lowering of friction torque moment on the axis of the gears.
The name of the bearings/bushings version means the diameter under the flange (lower diameter), mostly like 7mm, 8mm and 9mm. Some older airsoft replicas, for example from Tokyo Marui had even 6mm bearings/bushings. The diameter of the bushings or bearings must be the same as the diameter of gearbox housings, this infomation is wrote in the bracket. If you choose gearbox (8mm), it means, that the housings have diameter of the 8mm. It does not mean any version of strength or type."

Mach Sakai gets his hands on one the G&G Armament that feature the ETU, G&G CM16 Raider L 2.0E. This is a lightweight AEG that uses high impact polymer and comes with a gearbox with 8mm bearings. The stock is also the battery compartment where a Nunchuck pattery can be chucked in and features the M-Lok Handguard. He checks it for externals, operation, and performance in a steel challenge.
