BB2K Airsoft reviews a replica of the scope used for the G28 rifle which we first reported here last year... "The H&K G28 from Umarex and VFC is a really nice Airsoft replica of the original Heckler & Koch G28. In the delivery you had thought of everything, only the right RedDot and the scope were missing. The red dot was not a problem. There are many replicas and even the original could be afforded to the emergency. Quite different with the original Schmidt & Bender PMII DMR. That costs about 4.000 euros! Cheap riflescopes that match the color, there are very few and everything is a bad compromise. The search for the idial scope had finally come to an end in 2018! The Japanese company Kitagawa Kogaku Seizosho had made the dream come true. A replica of the S & B PM2 DMR for the Airsoft G28. This scope also has a high price. Compared to the original, however, it is a special offer :-) What can I show you in the review.

Rad Plastic explains why the CXP-PELEADOR C AEG from ICS Airsoft is the best airsoft gun for under US$200.00. This is a Sportline AEG which in airsoft marketing terms, is a reasonably priced airsoft gun with materials being made mostly of polymer. This has the ICS split gearbox with a built-in MOSFET and features an M-Lok handguard.
Garand Thumb had a go with the Desert Tech MDR. A bullpup design, it fires the either the .308 Win/BLK or the .224 Wylde and can be quickly coverted between multiple calibres. The barrel is a free float design and is fully ambidextrous in operation. The airsoft version, being made by Silverback Airsoft has yet to make its debut.

Here's something for fans of Vietnam War-themed events to consider when using NVA and Vietcong loadouts. Brent0031 tries out their effectiveness... "In this video we are going to look at the camouflage effectiveness of some common uniforms/outfits worn by both the North Vietnamese Army (NVA) and Vietcong during the Vietnam war. We will be looking at these uniforms in a woodland environment during the early fall season (North Texas woods). This video will consist of numerous scenes where each will begin with a concealed stationary position (both with & without the use of vegetation), followed by a movement phase out of the initial position. The purpose of this video is to give the viewer a chance to see the individual uniform/camouflage pattern and how it looks and blends into this environment. There will be varying degrees of how much of the uniform will be exposed to the viewer. Some scenes will only expose little more than perhaps a hat, while other scenes will have virtually no vegetation covering.
